Our mission

Heroes on Horseback enriches our community and the lives of individuals with special needs by providing equine assisted activities and therapy in an effective, compassionate environment.

We have a beautiful program, and although it’s volunteer, the rewards are immeasurable; something money could never buy. To see the growth in our students, the joy on their faces, and to be a part of the fellowship we share with one another is one of the biggest rewards of my life. I am grateful to be a part of this program and honored to be one of their instructors.
